Sohini Avirneni is the Founder and CEO of Koantek, a global cloud and data transformation partner. With 20+ years in tech, she has held leadership roles across IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Amazon, Google, and Databricks. Known for her sharp vision and customer-first mindset, she’s built a reputation for driving business transformation through technology. Sohini holds degrees in Computer Science from Bangalore University and IIT and lives in St. Louis with her family.

Eddie Edgeworth is the CTO of Koantek, bringing 25+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and data solutions. He’s known for turning complex challenges into scalable frameworks using modern platforms like Databricks. Eddie previously held senior roles at Valorem Reply, Neudesic, and Freeport-McMoRan. At Koantek, he leads tech strategy and innovation, driving repeatable, high-impact solutions across the enterprise.

JT Blackburn is the EVP of Sales at Koantek, where he drives global go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. With 15+ years in enterprise SaaS leadership, including roles at MuleSoft and Equifax, JT is known for scaling teams, exceeding targets, and building customer-first sales motions. A strategic, high-energy leader, JT is passionate about coaching teams and delivering technology that creates real business impact.

Jin Chung is the Chief Information Officer at Koantek, where he leads go-to-market strategy, solution architecture, engineering, data science, and delivery excellence. A seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience, he has driven enterprise-scale transformations at global consulting firms, high-growth startups, and Fortune 500 organizations. Jin believes that lasting innovation stems from empowered teams, trusted data, and technology solutions built with purpose, guiding organizations to accelerate digital maturity while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.

Alem Aga is the Field CTO at Koantek, leading global pre-sales and client-facing technical strategy. With two decades of experience in AI, ML, and cloud transformation, Alem is known for aligning technical depth with real business outcomes. He bridges the gap between executive vision and engineering execution, helping enterprises harness the full power of their data with platforms like Databricks.

Ghassan Lababidi is the Senior Vice President of Alliances, Marketing & Enablement at Koantek, where he leads global partner strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement. With over 20 years of leadership experience across partner sales, channel strategy, and marketing at global technology companies including Databricks, OpenText, Cisco, Trend Micro, 3Com, and Extreme Networks, Ghassan has built a track record of accelerating growth through strategic partnerships and market-driven execution.At Koantek, Ghassan drives the company’s go-to-market alignment with Databricks, strengthens alliances with leading cloud providers, and builds programs that enable both sales teams and partners to deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.
